1. Acceptance
By using NicheLens, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple as that.
2. What NicheLens is
NicheLens is a research tool that surfaces niche business opportunities based on publicly observed user pain points. The reports are AI-assisted analysis, not financial or investment advice. Build with your own judgment.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Don't share your account. If you suspect compromise, email security@nichelens.app and we'll rotate your access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell, or bulk-redistribute NicheLens reports. You may use any insight you find here to build your own products — that's the whole point. You may not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, or to build tools that violate the TOS of the upstream platforms we analyze.
5. Billing
Paid plans auto-renew monthly. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are granted for clear technical failures on our side.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” AI outputs can be wrong. Do your own research before committing significant capital to any opportunity you discover here.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
